3. Completing this form indicates that you intend to enroll in the course. It is NOT an application for an English course waiver.

4. Score reports are provided solely for course placement purposes. The Center will NOT issue any form of certification or proof of English proficiency for your reference.

1. Graduation requirements vary in each department. Please consult your department before you enroll.

2. Once your score report has been successfully uploaded, the enrollment process is considered complete. You do not need to submit any applications.
